Standard Production Timeline: 4-6 Weeks
From design approval and payment to delivery
Design & Approval
You review and approve the artwork proof. This happens before production begins and doesn't count toward the 4-6 week timeline.
Mold Creation
Week 1-2
Custom dies and molds are precision-crafted based on your approved design.
Manufacturing
Week 2-5
Your pins are carefully manufactured, enameled, plated, and polished to perfection at our partner facility.
QC & Shipping
Week 5-6
Every pin is inspected, packaged, and shipped with tracking directly to your door in the USA.

Shipping to the USA
Your pins are shipped directly to your door with tracking.
Standard Packaging
Each pin is individually packaged in a poly bag, then bulk packed in protective cartons. Included in your quote at no extra charge.
USA Delivery
Standard shipping within the continental United States is included in your quote. Shipping time from China to USA is typically 5-7 business days via air freight.
Premium Packaging
Upgrade to velvet pouches (+$0.80/pin) or individual gift boxes (+$1.20/pin) for a premium presentation.

Timeline Planning Tips:
📅 For Events & Ceremonies
Place your order at least 8-10 weeks before your event date. This allows time for design revisions, production (4-6 weeks), and shipping to the USA.
🎓 For Annual Recognition Programs
Order 2-3 months in advance of your recognition ceremony or awards presentation to ensure plenty of time for approval, production, and delivery.
🔄 For Reorders
Reorders are typically faster since the mold already exists, but still allow 4-6 weeks for manufacturing, quality control, and international shipping.
💡 Pro Tip
Start the design process early! The sooner you submit your quote request, the sooner we can create your proof. Once you approve the design and submit payment, production begins immediately.
